    Hub & Spoke

Based on the creation of a main site (hub) which supplies materials and services to all secondary plants (spoke), the business model adopted and implemented by Gruppo ASA allows it to invest in economies of scale, improve efficiency of the production process and increase the quality of services and final products.

    Further information about the hub

The headquarters in San Marino form the plant hosting the first part of the production process (coil cut, painting and lithography, plate shearing, printing of tin tops and bottoms) and supplying all the services necessary to tin production and assembly.

    Further information about the spoke

Secondary plants are located near reference markets as well as customers and their needs. They deal with storage and distribution of finished products. Such widespread arrangement of the plants ensures supply effectiveness while reducing transportation costs and improving environmental sustainability.
